Luuk Meijer is a talented track cyclist and a brilliant chemistry student. He frequently experiments with homemade drugs. After a failed smuggling attempt, Luuk ends up in a Swedish jail. He escapes and manages to find his way back to the Netherlands. Here, he is safe, because the Netherlands has no extradition treaty with Sweden. However, Luuk wants to go to the Olympic Games, but to do so, he will have to cross the border.
